SERVPRO of Biddeford-Saco and SERVPRO of the Sebago Lake Region is owned and operated by Matt & Lisa True. 

Prior to owning a SERVPRO Franchise, Matt started out in the HVAC industry and still maintains his licenses today. On multiple occasions Matt has had to help our customers in need and repair frozen pipes and boilers. After many years in the HVAC industry Matt became an insurance adjuster. He handled property, casualty, and general contractor liability claims. Matt has been used as an expert for many insurance companies to troubleshoot what occurred within an appliance or boiler that may have caused damage to a variety of properties. 

Little did Matt know that the knowledge that he gained throughout the building trades and insurance industry would help him own and operate a SERVPRO Franchise. Our employees are thankful for the knowledge that Matt can provide them.
